Shipping policy

We endeavour to ship your CHALKD item as soon as possible usually within 2-5 days.

Please note custom orders will be provided with a production timeframe.
Deliveries to most areas in New Zealand are 3- 5 working days.  "Working day" is Monday - Friday.  You will receive a tracking number when your parcel is on the way to you.

Please notify us if your order is urgent.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and volume of some of our products. 
We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. Please contact your local post office, with your tracking number, to trace the parcel or lodge a claim.

Refusal of delivery: If you refuse a shipment from CHALKD you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to CHALKD. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the shipment has been received back.
